Looking back at A Different Me ten years later, despite its moderate success, it is still one of Cole’s most underrated and underappreciated works to date. The intro is certainly much different than what fans were used on the opening track for The Way It Is and Just Like You, which were both kiss-off records. “I would like to introduce a sexier side of me,” she whispers in an alluring voice.
